Creating beautiful reborn babies

Every doll or kit I reborn is treated as a little individual, and I always plan how I want them to look before I begin.

I use a variety of painting mediums, but my most favoured is Genesis paints. I also use Gouache and have recently dabbled with the LDC paints, having also written a tutorial for these.

My mohair is sourced from all over the world and I only use the highest quality that I can find.

I make all of my dolls bodies especially to suit them, so they are truly little individuals. Some may need slightly longer arms or legs and some may need a thinner or fatter body. I believe the body is very important to the overall impression of the finished product.

And next, my favourite bit, the clothing. I always dress every baby I make to the highest standard, and never use second-hand clothing. Every baby has their clothing chosen especially for them and I often buy OOAK outfits from one of my favourite sources.
