Katie was a little gift
to myself for Christmas 2007. as soon as I saw the
kit, I knew I must have one and she was so
difficult to get hold of, but I persevered and
finally located one in the USA. I just love the
real baby look of this sculpt.
Katie has been coloured
using LDC paints, which are a water soluble
acrylic based paint, and they suit this type of
vinyl perfectly. They were especially formulated
for the Little Dreams Collections doll kits, such
as Ariella, Sarah, Ophelia and Miranda
Ivy.
Katie is quite a
famous little lady, as she was the subject of a
tutorial I have written about using the
LDC paint system
Unfortunately, 'Angelo'
is very rare and I cannot take custom orders for
him, unless you already have the kit.
